NihongoMate 隐私政策

NihongoMate 是一款通过日语视频学习日语的 iOS 应用。用户导入视频后,应用会为其配上日语字幕与讲解,并支持点词查义。

一、我们收集什么信息

• Apple 账号标识符。您通过"通过 Apple 登录"登录本应用。我们请求的授权范围为空——我们不获取您的姓名,也不获取您的邮箱。Apple 只会提供一个仅在本应用内有效的标识符,我们用它作为账号,记录额度与订阅状态。
• 音频。当您选择"高精度字幕"时,对应的音频会上传到我们的服务器,并转交给转写服务商处理。转写一结束(无论成功还是失败),音频会立即从服务器删除。
• 视频的标题与简介(可选)。作为专有名词提示,帮助提高识别准确度,会随任务记录一并保存在服务器上。
• 字幕结果。保存在服务器上,作为断线重连时使用的副本;主副本保存在您的手机上。
• 用量记录。当月已使用的转写时长、订阅档位与到期时间。
• 订阅状态。付款流程全程由 Apple 处理,订阅状态由 RevenueCat 转达给我们——我们不会接触任何支付信息(如卡号、账单地址等)。
• 匿名使用统计。我们使用 TelemetryDeck 收集匿名使用数据,发送的内容只有事件名称与少量粗粒度参数(例如打开应用、导入视频的时长档位、开始播放、查词、更改 JLPT 等级),参数中不包含任何可识别个人身份的信息。

二、我们会与谁共享信息

• 转写服务:Groq 或 OpenAI(两者之一,取决于当前配置),接收的是您的音频。
• 字幕润色与讲解:Google Gemini,接收的是转写后的文字。
• 订阅管理:RevenueCat。
• 服务器托管:Railway。
• 匿名统计:TelemetryDeck。
• 错误报告:Sentry,接收的是服务器出错与app 崩溃时的技术信息(哪一行代码出的错、什么时候、您用的系统版本)。app 崩溃报告由您的手机直接发出,因此 Sentry 会记录到您的大致所在地区(由网络地址推断,精确到城市)。我们已关闭其默认的个人信息采集,并在发送前抹去可能夹带的账号标识;您的音频与字幕内容不会发给它。
• 部分处理在您的手机本地完成,或通过 Apple 的私有云计算(Private Cloud Compute)完成。

三、我们不会做什么

• 不出售您的数据,不投放广告,不进行跨应用跟踪。
• 不存储姓名与邮箱(我们从未请求过这些信息)。
• 我们的服务器日志中不会记录令牌、音频内容、字幕正文或视频地址。

四、我们保留数据多久

• 音频:转写结束后立即删除,不留存任何字节。
• 字幕与任务记录:保留至您主动删除为止。目前尚未设置自动过期机制。
• 用量与订阅记录:在您的账号存续期间持续保留。

五、您的权利

• 您可以在应用内删除单条任务记录。
• 您可以在应用内删除账号及服务器上的全部数据:设置 → 删除账号。删除后无法恢复;您手机上已经生成的字幕不受影响,订阅也不会因此取消(退订请通过 Apple 处理)。
• 已经卸载应用、无法自助删除的,仍可发送邮件与我们联系(邮箱见下方"其它"一节)。
• 订阅的取消与退款请通过 Apple 处理:系统设置 → Apple ID → 订阅。

六、其它

• 本应用不面向 13 岁以下儿童。
• 本页面如有更新,我们会修改本页内容,并更新顶部的生效日期。

NihongoMate Privacy Policy

NihongoMate is an iOS app that helps you learn Japanese through Japanese-language videos. After you import a video, the app generates Japanese subtitles and explanations, and lets you look up words.

1. Information We Collect

• Apple account identifier. You sign in using "Sign in with Apple." We request an empty scope — we do not ask for your name or your email address. Apple gives us only an identifier that is valid within this app, which we use as your account to track your usage and subscription.
• Audio. When you choose "high-accuracy captions," the corresponding audio is uploaded to our server and passed to our transcription provider. As soon as transcription finishes — whether it succeeds or fails — the audio is deleted from our server.
• Video title and description (optional). Used as proper-noun hints to improve recognition accuracy; stored with the job record on our server.
• Caption results. Stored on our server as a backup copy for reconnecting after a dropped connection; the primary copy stays on your phone.
• Usage records. How many seconds were used in a given month, which subscription tier you're on, and when it expires.
• Subscription status. Payment is handled entirely by Apple; RevenueCat relays your subscription status to us. We never have access to any payment information (card numbers, billing address, etc.).
• Anonymous usage analytics. We use TelemetryDeck to collect anonymous usage data. What we send is limited to event names and a few coarse-grained parameters — opening the app, importing a video (only a duration bucket, not the exact length), starting playback, looking up a word, and changing your JLPT level. None of these parameters can identify you personally.

2. Who We Share Information With

• Transcription: Groq or OpenAI (whichever is configured at the time) — receives your audio.
• Caption polishing and explanations: Google Gemini — receives the transcribed text.
• Subscriptions: RevenueCat.
• Server hosting: Railway.
• Anonymous analytics: TelemetryDeck.
• Error reporting: Sentry — receives technical details when the server fails or the app crashes (which line of code, when, and your OS version). Crash reports are sent from your phone, so Sentry also records your approximate region (inferred from your network address, city level). We turn off its default collection of personal information and strip account identifiers before sending; your audio and captions are never sent to it.
• Some processing happens on your device, or through Apple's Private Cloud Compute.

3. What We Don't Do

• We do not sell your data, run ads, or track you across other apps.
• We do not store your name or email — we never ask for them.
• Our server logs never contain tokens, audio content, subtitle text, or video URLs.

4. How Long We Keep Data

• Audio: deleted immediately after transcription finishes; not a single byte is retained.
• Subtitles and job records: kept until you delete them yourself. There is currently no automatic expiration.
• Usage and subscription records: kept for as long as your account exists.

5. Your Rights

• You can delete an individual job from within the app.
• You can delete your account and all associated data from within the app: Settings → Delete Account. Deletion cannot be undone; captions already on your phone are not affected, and your subscription is not cancelled by it (cancel through Apple).
• If you have already removed the app and can no longer do this yourself, you can still email us (see the address under "Other" below).
• Subscription cancellation and refunds go through Apple: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions.

6. Other

• This app is not directed at children under 13.
• If this policy changes, we will update this page and its effective date above.

NihongoMate は、日本語の動画を使って日本語を学べる iOS アプリです。動画をインポートすると、アプリが日本語字幕と解説を生成し、単語の検索が利用できます。

一、取得する情報

• Apple アカウント識別子。本アプリは「Apple でサインイン」でログインします。リクエストする権限範囲は空です——氏名もメールアドレスも取得しません。Apple から提供されるのは本アプリ内でのみ有効な識別子のみで、これを利用状況とサブスクリプションの記録に使うアカウントとしています。
• 音声。「高精度字幕」を選択すると、該当する音声が当社のサーバーにアップロードされ、文字起こしサービスに転送されます。文字起こしが完了次第(成功・失敗を問わず)、音声はサーバーから直ちに削除されます。
• 動画のタイトルと概要(任意)。固有名詞のヒントとして認識精度の向上に使用し、タスク記録とともにサーバーに保存されます。
• 字幕の結果。接続が切れた際の復旧用のコピーとしてサーバーに保存されます。主コピーはお使いのスマートフォン内にあります。
• 利用記録。当月に使用した秒数、サブスクリプションのプラン、有効期限。
• サブスクリプションの状態。決済はすべて Apple が処理し、RevenueCat を通じてサブスクリプション状態が当社に伝えられます。カード番号や請求先住所などの決済情報には一切アクセスしません。
• 匿名の利用統計。TelemetryDeck を使用して匿名の利用データを収集しています。送信されるのはイベント名といくつかの粗い粒度のパラメータのみです(アプリを開いた、動画をインポートした(長さの区分のみで正確な長さは含まない)、再生を開始した、単語を検索した、JLPT レベルを変更した)。これらのパラメータには個人を特定できる情報は一切含まれません。

二、情報の共有先

• 文字起こし:Groq または OpenAI(そのときの設定によりいずれか)——音声を受け取ります。
• 字幕の校正と解説:Google Gemini——文字起こし後のテキストを受け取ります。
• サブスクリプション管理:RevenueCat。
• サーバーホスティング:Railway。
• 匿名統計:TelemetryDeck。
• エラー報告:Sentry——サーバーの不具合およびアプリのクラッシュ時の技術情報(どの行で、いつ、OS のバージョン)を受け取ります。クラッシュ報告は端末から直接送信されるため、Sentry にはおおよその地域(ネットワークアドレスから推定、都市レベル)も記録されます。個人情報の既定の収集は無効にし、送信前にアカウント識別子を取り除いています。音声・字幕が送られることはありません。
• 一部の処理はお使いの端末上で、または Apple の Private Cloud Compute を通じて行われます。

三、行わないこと

• データの販売、広告配信、アプリをまたいだトラッキングは行いません。
• 氏名やメールアドレスは保存しません(そもそも取得していません)。
• サーバーのログには、トークン、音声の内容、字幕本文、動画の URL のいずれも記録しません。

四、データの保存期間

• 音声:文字起こし完了後、直ちに削除し、一切保存しません。
• 字幕とタスク記録:ユーザーが自ら削除するまで保存されます。現時点で自動的な有効期限はありません。
• 利用記録とサブスクリプション記録:アカウントが存在する間、保持されます。

五、ユーザーの権利

• アプリ内で個別のタスクを削除できます。
• アカウントとサーバー上のすべてのデータは、アプリ内で削除できます:設定 → アカウントを削除。削除後は復元できません。お使いのスマートフォンに保存済みの字幕は削除されず、サブスクリプションも解約されません(解約は Apple を通じて行ってください)。
• すでにアプリを削除していてご自身で操作できない場合は、メールでご連絡ください(メールアドレスは下記「その他」をご覧ください)。
• サブスクリプションの解約・返金は Apple を通じて行われます:設定 → Apple ID → サブスクリプション。

六、その他

• 本アプリは 13 歳未満のお子様を対象としていません。
• 本ポリシーを更新する場合は、このページの内容と上部の発効日を変更します。
