常见问题
字幕生成失败或者卡住了怎么办?
先退出播放页再重新进入,已经生成的部分会保留,从断点接着跑。仍然不行的话把视频链接一起发邮件给我们。
「快速」和「高精度」有什么区别?
「快速」取用视频本身已有的字幕并整理,不需要登录,不限量。「高精度」在服务器上重新听一遍原声再转写,适合原字幕不准或者没有字幕的内容,按分钟计入每月额度。
点词没有反应,或者查不到释义?
点词查义用的是这台设备上的系统语言模型。如果你的设备或所在地区还没有提供 Apple Intelligence,App 会在卡片上写明用不了;内置词典收录的词仍然可以直接显示。
怎么删除账号?
在 App 里:设置 → 删除账号。这会删掉服务器上与你账号相关的全部记录,不可恢复;手机上已经生成的字幕不受影响。
怎么退订?
订阅由 App Store 管理:iPhone 的「设置 → 你的名字 → 订阅」。在 App 里删除账号不会取消订阅。

Subtitle generation failed or seems stuck.
Leave the player and open it again; whatever was already generated is kept and generation resumes from there. If it still fails, email us the link.
What is the difference between Quick and High-accuracy?
Quick uses the captions the video already has and tidies them up. It needs no sign-in and has no limit. High-accuracy re-transcribes the original audio on our server; it suits content whose captions are wrong or missing, and it counts against your monthly allowance.
Tapping a word does nothing, or shows no definition.
Word lookup runs on your device's system language model. If your device or region does not offer Apple Intelligence yet, the card says so; words covered by the built-in dictionary still show immediately.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Settings → Delete Account. It removes everything tied to your account on our server and cannot be undone. Captions already on your phone are not affected.
How do I cancel my subscription?
Subscriptions are managed by the App Store: Settings → your name → Subscriptions on your iPhone. Deleting your account does not cancel a subscription.

よくある質問
字幕の生成に失敗する・途中で止まる。
再生画面をいったん閉じてから開き直してください。生成済みの部分はそのまま残り、続きから再開します。それでも直らない場合は、動画のリンクを添えてメールでお知らせください。
「クイック」と「高精度」の違いは?
「クイック」は動画にすでにある字幕を取り込んで整えるもので、ログイン不要・回数制限なしです。「高精度」は音声をサーバーで文字起こしし直すもので、既存の字幕が不正確または存在しない動画に向いています。こちらは毎月の利用枠を消費します。
単語をタップしても反応しない・意味が出ない。
単語の意味はお使いの端末のシステム言語モデルで生成しています。お使いの端末や地域で Apple Intelligence が利用できない場合は、その旨をカードに表示します。内蔵辞書に収録されている語はそのまま表示されます。
アカウントの削除方法は?
アプリ内の「設定 → アカウントを削除」から行えます。サーバー上のアカウント関連の記録がすべて削除され、元に戻せません。端末に保存済みの字幕には影響しません。
サブスクリプションの解約方法は?
サブスクリプションは App Store が管理しています。iPhone の「設定 → ご自身の名前 → サブスクリプション」から解約してください。アプリ内でアカウントを削除しても、サブスクリプションは解約されません。
